Mobile service

We bring the shop to you. You don't drive on a cracked windshield, and you don't lose half a day in a waiting room.

How it works

  1. You call or fill in the form

Make, model, year and type of damage. A photo helps us confirm the right part first time.

  2. We confirm the address and the slot

With the price, before we set out. Nothing gets added on the day.

  3. We arrive with the part

The technician turns up with the glass, the tools and the bonding products.

  4. Curing on site

After a replacement, urethane needs to set. The technician tells you when you can drive.

What we need on site

Not much, but it matters:

  • Accessible parking — driveway, garage, carport or a reserved spot. The technician has to be able to work around the vehicle.
  • Some shelter, or decent weather. Urethane and resin do not cure properly in driving rain or hard cold. A bond made in bad conditions does not hold, and we will not make one.
  • Access to the vehicle. You do not have to stand there through the job, but we do need the keys.

If the weather turns we reschedule, or you come to the Laval shop. We call you beforehand, never afterwards.

Where we go

Laval, the island of Montréal and the north shore. Not sure about your area? Call 514-660-1334 — it takes thirty seconds to find out.

Worth knowing

  • At your home or your workplace
  • Chip repair and full replacement
  • Side windows and rear glass
  • Price confirmed before we set out
  • Laval shop as the fallback

Frequently asked

What people ask us most

Does mobile service cost more?

We confirm the price for your address before the appointment, and that is the price you pay. Call to get it.

What if it rains on the day?

We reschedule, or you come to the Laval shop. A bond made in the rain does not hold, and we would rather move a day than redo the work.

Do I need to be there during the job?

We need access to the vehicle and the keys, but you don't have to stand by. Plenty of customers have us come to the office and carry on with their day.

Can I drive right away afterwards?

After a chip repair, yes. After a replacement, no — the urethane has to set. The technician gives you the wait before leaving.

Does it work in winter?

Yes, but cold slows the products down and snow makes access harder. In January the shop is often the better call, and we will say so plainly on the phone.
